You can reject your order after it's been confirmed, or reject it upon receipt and hand it over to the delivery representative in the same condition you received it, complete with the bag and clothing tags. For your own safety, it's prohibited to try on clothes for fitting. You may only examine the clothes by hand and check the size. Orders received after the representative has left cannot be exchanged or returned. Thank you for your cooperation.

Delivery is 4,000 dinars to all parts of Iraq and takes two to three days.

You can certainly exchange clothes under the following conditions: 1. Return the clothes to the representative at the same time of delivery and in the same condition as the order, including packaging and clothing tags. 2. Inform customer service of the size or style you wish to exchange. 3. For your own health, it is prohibited to exchange or return clothes once the order has been received and the representative has left. 4. Sports bras and shorts are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
